Job brief

we are looking for a High Official for our HR & Administration department. His responsibilities include designing and evaluating career paths. overseeing all HR & Administrative functions that meet our business goals. Responsibilities

• Responsible for HR initiatives which include recruitment, promotion, performance review Process. training & development, compensation & benefits etc.
• Formulate career development plans in befitting manner.
• Supervise HR personnel administration.
• Evaluate training and development programs.
• Develop HR & service rules policies for company as and when needed.
• Analyze the effectiveness of our HR procedures and tools.
• Ensure HR plans align with our mission and business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company’s rules and as well as labor laws.
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by the concerned committee from time to time.

Requirements

• Experience as Executive Vice President of HR or equivalent position of financial institution is preferred.
• Experience in strategic planning,
• Sound knowledge of all HR functions.
• Hands-on experience with HRM systems.
• Good understanding of labor legislation.
• Excellent leadership abilities.
• Communication and problem-solving skills.
• Academic background: MBS/MBA/Master in Human Resources Management or Masters Degree with PGDHRM from any recognized institution.
• Age in between 45 to 50 years.
• 15 years working experience in the field.
• Rank-up to Senior Executive Vice President commensurate with the experiences & extra educational background.
• Language: Good command over Bengali and English (both writing & speaking).

Salary and remuneration: Negotiable
